Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test & Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Plan and implement verification tasks to ensure product compliance with requirements
- Determine the appropriate verification approach and synthesize various needs into a comprehensive verification plan
- Interact with engineering teams to define, document, analyze, execute, and interpret tests for products, systems, and components
- Conduct tests and trials, covering software, hardware, and mechanical functionality using established Design Verification Methods
- Plan, book, and manage test activities while selecting appropriate test locations
- Review and improve existing Design Verification Methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Contribute to product improvements from a production perspective
- Drive initiatives to improve product quality and reliability
What you bring:
- Engineering background with knowledge in software, hardware, or mechanical systems
- Fluency in English and Swedish (both written and spoken)
- Experience with automated testing and verification processes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach
- A hands-on attitude, taking initiative to drive tasks to completion
- Driver’s license, as occasional business trips may be required
- Adaptive, structured, and capable of balancing long-term goals while responding to changing project needs
