Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Workstream Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on
- Defining and aligning the test strategy with key program stakeholders.
- Planning, managing, and overseeing test execution across the program.
- Leading and coordinating the test team, ensuring structured execution and reporting.
- Collaborating with vendors, external partners, and cross-functional teams to align testing efforts.
- Defining and maintaining the test process and scope, ensuring coverage of all business requirements.
- Setting up and managing the test structure in Jira, maintaining clear documentation and tracking.
- Managing defect reporting, tracking, and retesting to ensure quality assurance.
- Overseeing resource management within the test workstream.
- Acting as a key member of the program management team and reporting directly to the Program Manager.
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience as a Test Lead within banking and finance, with a proven track record in transformation programs and projects.
- Expertise in test projects involving production data migration.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both speech and writing.
- Experience managing external vendors across multiple locations.
- Ability to navigate a multicultural environment and handle complexity effectively.
- Solid understanding of factoring, leasing, and asset finance business processes.
- Structured and detail-oriented approach with strong administrative capabilities.
- Proactive and driven mindset with excellent stakeholder and people management skills.
- Fluency in English, with Swedish language skills considered a plus.
