Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Transport & Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Manage the daily flow of production material and ensure continuous supply to the production line
Act as the central point in production to secure a constant material flow
Deliver orders and production picks on time, with the right quality and quantity
Handle production material flow, including both material management and forklift operations
Ensure accurate delivery of products according to order plans
Prepare and kit boxes to simplify and clarify the picking process for colleagues
Identify and document material shortages
Maintain smooth daily warehouse operations
Continuously improve and streamline processes
Support with additional warehouse tasks when required
Collaborate closely with procurement and production teams

What you bring:

Valid forklift license and proven experience with material handling systems (SAP, Excel)
Basic knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement principles
Strong focus on quality and accuracy
Ability to plan and prioritize time effectively
Structured and detail-oriented working style
Strong collaboration skills across departments
Capacity to deliver reliably even under pressure
