Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Translate product and service design requirements into user-centered, intuitive, and visually consistent design solutions.
- Define and refine information architecture, user workflows, and interaction patterns through iterative design processes.
- Create detailed design documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and developer handoff materials to ensure smooth implementation.
- Apply and contribute to design systems, maintaining consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct and evaluate user research, usability testing, and UX assessments to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and domain experts to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and advocate for design excellence across digital products and services.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer within digital product development, ideally at a mid–senior level.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interface design, interaction design, and the application of design systems.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Strong understanding of design systems, component-based design, and scalable UI frameworks.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills, with a user-first mindset.
- Degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience with industrial solutions, digital twin technologies, or complex SaaS platforms is highly advantageous.
