Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Translate product and service design requirements into user-centered, intuitive, and visually consistent design solutions.
Define and refine information architecture, user workflows, and interaction patterns through iterative design processes.
Create detailed design documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and developer handoff materials to ensure smooth implementation.
Apply and contribute to design systems, maintaining consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Conduct and evaluate user research, usability testing, and UX assessments to validate design decisions.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and domain experts to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience.
Maintain strong attention to detail and advocate for design excellence across digital products and services.

What you bring:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer within digital product development, ideally at a mid–senior level.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interface design, interaction design, and the application of design systems.
Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements.
Strong understanding of design systems, component-based design, and scalable UI frameworks.
Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills, with a user-first mindset.
Degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience with industrial solutions, digital twin technologies, or complex SaaS platforms is highly advantageous.
