Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Design and iterate user interfaces for various components within the CUVAS program.
  • Conduct user studies to gather feedback, gaining insights into user needs and behaviors.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and final design solutions that align with both user needs and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the usability of launched systems to enhance the user experience.

What you bring:

  • A relevant university degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within large system development projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
  • Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing user tests.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design and accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with lean-agile development methodologies.
