Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Conduct user research, including interviews with staff and passengers, to gather insights for design improvements.
Design and iterate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize concepts and gather feedback.
Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment between design and technical implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure user needs and business goals are met.
Lead the entire design process, from research and wireframing to UI design, prototyping, and user testing.
Utilize Figma for design creation and iteration.
Work in an agile environment, contributing to SCRUM-related processes and activities.

What you bring:

Experience in service design and a passion for working directly with end users.
Proficiency in gathering feedback and creating visuals through wireframes and mockups.
Strong iterative design approach and the ability to work closely with development teams.
Extensive experience across all phases of the design process, from research to user testing.
Technical understanding of digital, web, and mobile platforms.
Experience working in agile environments with SCRUM processes.
University degree or equivalent in interaction design, UX, or a related field.
Fluent in Swedish and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
