Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Simplify user experiences by designing intuitive solutions for complex processes.
- Conduct user research, including benchmarking, interviews, and usability testing, to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Develop information architecture and user flows to enhance navigation and streamline tasks.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs to visualize and test concepts iteratively.
- Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and digital analysts, to deliver high-quality, user-centered content.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a global UX design system, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in UX design practices.
- Act as a UX ambassador, sharing ideas and shaping best practices to advance the discipline.
What you bring:
- At least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- A user-centric mindset and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience conducting usability tests and using analytics to refine design solutions.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and design systems to ensure accessibility and consistency.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as SAFe, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- English language proficiency sufficient for professional communication.
