Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design user interfaces and interaction flows in Figma, including screen designs and clickable prototypes
Set up and conduct user tests using our Usertesting platform, analyze results, and iterate on designs
Develop mockups and prototypes for new functionality and ensure alignment with business needs
Collaborate with users, primarily internal, to anchor and evaluate design proposals
Document design proposals in both written form and visual illustrations
Work closely with business representatives to understand requirements and contribute to business analysis by documenting processes and writing specifications

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in UX design
Strong ability to design and prototype in Figma
Experience conducting user testing, including test setup, analysis, and iteration
Skilled in creating interaction designs, mockups, and prototypes that communicate functionality clearly
Ability to document design concepts effectively in writing and visuals
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and contributing to process documentation and requirements gathering
Self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
