Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design intuitive, scalable digital tools that support co-workers in implementing the retail concept across all customer touchpoints.
- Translate user needs and business goals into actionable solutions that improve the in-store experience and operational efficiency.
- Simplify complex workflows by understanding the Retail Review process and creating user-friendly experiences.
- Conduct usability testing alongside user researchers to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Digital Product Leaders, Software Engineers, and Retail Review experts to align design with objectives.
- Iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, continuously enhancing the product experience.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement through collaboration and feedback.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with confidence in applying user-centered design principles.
- Strong empathy and curiosity for understanding co-worker needs and challenges.
- Clear communication skills to advocate for users and support informed design decisions.
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and using design systems to create simple, elegant user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Framer, and Miro.
- Openness to feedback and commitment to collaboration and shared learning.
- Ability to translate complex processes into intuitive, scalable digital solutions.
