Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design intuitive, scalable digital tools that support co-workers in implementing the retail concept across all customer touchpoints.
Translate user needs and business goals into actionable solutions that improve the in-store experience and operational efficiency.
Simplify complex workflows by understanding the Retail Review process and creating user-friendly experiences.
Conduct usability testing alongside user researchers to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Collaborate closely with Digital Product Leaders, Software Engineers, and Retail Review experts to align design with objectives.
Iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, continuously enhancing the product experience.
Contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement through collaboration and feedback.

What you bring:

5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with confidence in applying user-centered design principles.
Strong empathy and curiosity for understanding co-worker needs and challenges.
Clear communication skills to advocate for users and support informed design decisions.
Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and using design systems to create simple, elegant user interfaces.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Framer, and Miro.
Openness to feedback and commitment to collaboration and shared learning.
Ability to translate complex processes into intuitive, scalable digital solutions.
