Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, facilitating seamless interactions between different groups and users.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve the overall user experience.
- Prototyping and visualizing design concepts to support both the development and validation of user interface solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of user-centered design principles.
- Taking ownership of your work, contributing to the success of the project with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Actively engaging in knowledge exchange with colleagues to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
What you bring:
- A university education in design or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record in creating user-centered designs.
- Expertise in research, prototyping, visualization, and user interface design.
- In-depth knowledge of the interaction between humans and technology and how to design interfaces that enhance usability.
- Strong logical reasoning skills and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- A proactive, driven attitude with the ability to take initiative and deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
