Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the development of complete vehicle solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project goals.
- Collaborate with experts across various engineering disciplines to define and implement technical solutions.
- Drive technical discussions with stakeholders, proactively engaging in dialogue to prioritize key requirements.
- Take initiative in shaping early-stage concepts and rally cross-functional teams around proposed solutions.
- Analyze and balance technical trade-offs, considering the impact on stakeholders and overall project success.
- Act as the interface between the engineering team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Apply a mix of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience to optimize vehicle architecture.
- Utilize past experience to make informed decisions, maintaining speed and agility in execution.
- Contribute to configuration and specification activities to ensure system integration and performance.
What you bring:
- University degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong expertise in mechatronics and vehicle system integration.
- Experience in configuration and specification of complex systems.
- Background in design engineering, with the ability to bridge concept and execution.
- Proactive mindset with a drive to take initiative and lead technical discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, balancing technical and business considerations.
- Confidence in decision-making, even in complex and uncertain situations.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams.
