Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Project Manager – Product Development to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead end-to-end vehicle projects with full responsibility for QDCF for the complete vehicle.
Coordinate and guide all engineering functions, ensuring cross-functional alignment and integrated technical solutions.
Drive hardware development activities; support software-related development as needed.
Develop, communicate, and implement operational plans covering design, project controls, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, and testing.
Monitor project progress, performance, and risks, taking proactive actions to minimize delays and resolve complex issues.
Identify, plan, and secure resources required to successfully deliver the project.
Manage large, complex development projects with significant impact on business outcomes, ensuring excellence in delivery.
Coach and support teams in applying project management best practices and methods.

What you bring:

Minimum 8 years of experience in leading roles within the automotive industry, preferably as both project and line manager.
Strong track record in managing complete vehicle development projects with high complexity.
Solid experience in hardware development leadership; software experience is an advantage.
Deep expertise in product development project management, supported by relevant education and work experience.
Ability to manage large end-to-end projects with limited oversight, handling difficult and complex problems independently.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
