Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Testing Assignment Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Lead and coordinate the handling of deviations detected during tests.
Gather and analyze relevant information, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved.
Drive and coordinate root cause analyses, defining short-term corrective actions, with special focus on safety-related deviations and those impacting test execution.
Request and follow up on rapid feedback from workstreams to ensure timely resolution of deviations.
Lead and coordinate investigations related to new product introductions.
Manage short- to medium-term tasks beyond daily operations as required.
Drive and support continuous improvements within the team.

What you bring

Knowledge of vehicle architecture and components.
Broad understanding of engineering disciplines, including mechanics, mechatronics, and automotive software.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive and hands-on approach.
Analytical mindset with the ability to balance detail orientation with pragmatic decision-making.
M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent experience.
English fluency; Swedish and Mandarin/Chinese are meriting.
Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (meriting).
C/CE driver’s license (meriting).
Familiarity with product development and testing processes (meriting).
