Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Warranty Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Assess and validate warranty claims submitted by workshops prior to approval
Identify and prepare topics for chargebacks to suppliers, plants and Quality teams
Review and evaluate workshop invoices related to warranty cases
Provide expert support on warranty decisions and manage warranty-related inquiries across communication channels
Coordinate the return of spare parts from workshops to Quality teams
Drive cost control by reducing warranty expenses through accurate claim evaluation and decision-making
Secure financial recovery by ensuring full reimbursement from plants for approved warranty claims
Strengthen service efficiency by delivering timely and reliable support to workshops and end customers

What you bring:

Extensive expertise in aftermarket services and warranty processes
Strong ability to work with data and systems, with confidence navigating multiple digital platforms
High level of accuracy, judgement and analytical capability in evaluating warranty claims
Ability to collaborate effectively with workshops, suppliers, plants and internal teams
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Proactive approach to cost control, process efficiency and continuous improvement
