Senior Work Environment & HSE Coordinator - 12945

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Work Environment & HSE Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Support project managers in ongoing work environment activities across large infrastructure projects
Follow up and review work environment efforts during execution through workplace inspections, checklists, and control programs
Monitor incidents and deviations, document unhandled events, and follow up on contractor actions
Participate in safety and environmental rounds, internal meetings, and accident investigations
Report on work environment status and follow-up to project managers and HSE coordinators
Ensure designers and contractors comply with applicable work environment legislation and requirements
Collaborate closely on HSE (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) issues, including construction law compliance

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in systematic work environment management, work environment legislation, risk management, and coordination responsibility under AML
Proven expertise in work environment within construction projects and solid understanding of construction law
Educational background as a Work Environment Engineer or equivalent qualification
Valid Bas-P and Bas-U certifications (not older than 3 years)
EBR and ESA Electrical Work certifications
Added value: at least 5 years of experience in projects with 220kV/400kV and in urban infrastructure projects
Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to thrive in both field and office settings, with flexibility for hybrid work
