Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Workstream Test Lead to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Drive the Test workstream throughout the program, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
- Develop and align the Test strategy with program stakeholders.
- Plan and manage test execution to meet program goals.
- Lead and manage the test team, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, other workstreams, and third parties.
- Oversee the Test process and define the testing scope to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Set up and maintain the Test structure within Jira, ensuring it meets program needs.
- Manage defect processes, including reporting, tracking, and retesting.
- Handle resource management within the Test workstream to ensure efficient allocation and utilization.
- Act as a member of the program management team, contributing to overall program success.
- Report directly to the Program Manager, providing updates and insights on the Test workstream.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of ten years of experience as a Test Lead, specifically within the Bank & Finance sector.
- Proven experience in Core Banking Transformation Programs/Projects.
- Expertise in testing projects, particularly in testing migrated production data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Experience working with external vendors across different locations, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with working in a multicultural environment, with an understanding of the complexities involved.
- Basic knowledge of Factoring, Leasing, and Asset Finance business.
- Strong drive and motivation to lead and execute testing initiatives.
- Exceptional people skills, with the ability to manage and lead diverse teams.
- Highly organized, with strong administrative and structured thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English, in both speaking and writing.
