Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Zendesk Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Develop and optimize the existing Zendesk solution to meet evolving business needs.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with other systems, including CRM, ERP, and internal tools.
  • Improve workflows, automations, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience for support teams and customers.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and identify opportunities for future development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to align Zendesk functionality with business objectives.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in Zendesk development and configuration.
  • Strong experience with API integrations and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, REST API).
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and drive adoption of best practices.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
