Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Zendesk Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and optimize the existing Zendesk solution to meet evolving business needs.
Implement and maintain integrations with other systems, including CRM, ERP, and internal tools.
Improve workflows, automations, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience for support teams and customers.
Provide guidance on best practices and identify opportunities for future development.
Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to align Zendesk functionality with business objectives.

What you bring:

Proven experience in Zendesk development and configuration.
Strong experience with API integrations and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, REST API).
Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and drive adoption of best practices.
Fluent in English and Swedish
