Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Zero Defect Capability Leader to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and implement the Zero Defect strategy to ensure world-class quality standards across products and processes
- Represent the organization in the global Zero Defect Community of Practice
- Drive the achievement of quality targets using Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Lead, coach, and train cross-functional teams in quality and improvement initiatives
- Analyze quality performance data to identify key areas for improvement
- Collaborate across departments to integrate quality standards at all stages of production
- Lead and support initiatives to reduce defects and enhance productivity
- Evaluate and improve supplier quality standards through APQP/SQAR in coordination with Supplier Quality
- Drive Zero Defect projects focused on key products and manufacturing processes in partnership with Operations and Design Engineering
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) using the Zero Defect methodology and maintain the global NPI process
- Assist program teams with Life Cycle Gate process and Industrial Reviews (IR) checklists
What you bring:
- A relevant university degree in engineering, quality management, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality management, process improvement, or related functions
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
- Proven experience using statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
- A proactive mindset and the ability to drive projects from initiation to completion
- Experience collaborating in international and cross-functional environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
