Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager / Tech Lead
What You Will Work On
- Lead and coordinate a development team in daily operations
- Plan, prioritize, and follow up on deliveries in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Ensure high quality, delivery efficiency, and correct technical direction
- Coach and support developers in technical matters
- Capture, structure, and translate business requirements into development tasks
- Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with non-technical stakeholders
- Take overall technical responsibility for the application portfolio
- Drive architecture and technology decisions
- Contribute hands-on with development when needed
- Enable and optimize use of AI-assisted development tools
- Manage delivery, reporting, risks, and dependencies
- Establish and maintain system documentation
What You Bring
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development
- Strong expertise in .NET and experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure (cloud services, deployment, infrastructure)
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles (e.g., Tech Lead)
- Strong experience in requirements management and structuring
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience improving and establishing development processes
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
- Experience maintaining internal systems or business applications
- Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD in Azure environments
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
