We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Project Manager

What You Will Work On

  • Plan, lead, and follow up on the implementation of the ServiceNow Legal Module
  • Coordinate between business units, IT, and internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Prepare and present decision materials, status reports, and presentations to steering committees and executive management
  • Perform active stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels
  • Ensure delivery within agreed timeline, scope, and quality parameters
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and regulatory considerations

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Project Manager / Business Project Manager (Level B)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, particularly in MS PowerPoint
  • Experience from financial services and/or banking environments
  • Experience coordinating GDPR and compliance-related initiatives
  • Experience working with ServiceNow
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
