Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Software Architecture Principal

What You Will Work On

Define and own the architectural vision and long-term strategy for embedded software flows and associated toolchains.
Document current and target-state architectures, identifying gaps and defining transition roadmaps to support strategic growth.
Establish architectural guidelines, best practices, and governance structures aligned with the organization’s North Star architecture.
Translate business requirements and product lifecycle needs into clear architectural requirements and scalable technical solutions.
Lead simplification initiatives to reduce complexity in software processes, toolchains, and system integrations.
Work hands-on with development teams to ensure architectural principles are effectively implemented.
Drive improvements in agility, development speed, and system robustness across embedded software environments.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively introduce innovation in software architecture and integration flows.
Engage with stakeholders across technical teams and senior management to ensure alignment and strategic clarity.

What You Bring

Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and/or software architecture, with strong focus on embedded systems.
Extensive experience working with complex integration flows and mixed technology stacks.
Proven track record of defining and implementing architectural strategies in large-scale environments.
Deep understanding of modern architectural practices such as cloud-native development, microservices, event-driven architecture, APIs, and DevOps methodologies.
Strong ability to navigate complexity and simplify technical ecosystems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking capabilities.
