We are looking for a Senior Developer

What You Will Work On

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
  • Structure and break down requirements into clear and actionable deliverables
  • Design integration solutions and system flows
  • Implement integrations including APIs, file-based flows, and message-based architectures
  • Work across the full lifecycle: development, deployment, operations, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to applying AI in workflows and automated business processes
  • Support development of platform and integration solutions linked to business systems (e.g., finance and HR)

What You Bring 

  • Strong experience as a senior developer in complex environments
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and distributed systems
  • Ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and translate needs into solutions
  • Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
  • Interest or experience in applying AI within business processes and automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in autonomous, cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English
