Assignment Description

We are looking for a Software Monitoring Specialist

What You Will Work On

  • Own and continuously improve monitoring, dashboards, and alerting for SWS
  • Enhance observability practices based on real user and workshop needs
  • Use monitoring tools to perform initial incident investigation and troubleshooting
  • Support and participate in major incident management processes
  • Route and coordinate issues with relevant development teams
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and follow-up improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and visibility
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business teams

What You Bring

  • Experience working with monitoring and observability in software systems
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Datadog or similar platforms
  • Strong interest in IT systems, operations, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to use dashboards and monitoring tools for incident investigation
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written)
  • Availability for on-call support (24/7 rotation schedule)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
