Tech Lead – Agile Transformation and Technical Solutions

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead – Agile Transformation and Technical Solutions to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Play a key role in the customer’s transformation journey, evaluating solutions and technical proposals from operations and suppliers.
Lead and oversee technology within one or more agile development teams.
Develop and ensure that adopted technical solutions align with the architectural target image and adhere to safety principles.
Improve and maintain programming code, systems, CI/CD pipelines, unit tests, and frameworks with a focus on secure development.
Collaborate with the agile team’s Product Owner and Team Lead to optimize team performance and goal achievement.
Work closely with other Tech Leads and architects to enhance technical processes and ensure high-quality delivery.
Adapt and refine technical processes to ensure optimal quality and delivery of technology.

What You Bring:

Relevant post-secondary education and at least 8 years of experience in a Tech Lead or similar role.
Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record in managing and guiding technical teams.
Extensive knowledge across multiple technical domains and programming languages.
Experience building and maintaining highly transactional back-end systems, particularly in banking and finance.
Proficiency in SOLID design principles and experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, orchestrating Kubernetes clusters, and test automation.
Background in secure development practices, including handling security-classified components.
Experience in regulatory industries with a focus on security and compliance.
Understanding of capability, process, conceptual, and information modeling, along with requirements management.
Comprehensive knowledge of business model design, goal modeling, and service design.
Ability to take a holistic view of technology and business needs from a customer perspective.
Good communication skills with the ability to lead workshops involving operational and IT experts.
Structured working approach with strong analytical abilities.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
