Assignment Overview
We are looking for an IT Business and System Analyst
What you will work on
- Leading As-Is and To-Be business process mapping initiatives
- Facilitating workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Driving end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation
- Authoring functional specifications and business requirement documentation
- Ensuring traceability from business requirements through implementation
- Supporting testing, validation, and production issue analysis
- Designing end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs and technical standards
- Assessing impact on existing systems across on-prem and cloud environments
- Collaborating with architects, developers, and external vendors
- Performing hands-on SQL development and troubleshooting
- Optimizing stored procedures and database queries
- Developing reports based on business requirements
- Performing C#/.NET application updates when needed
- Contributing to Angular-based frontend components
- Working within modern development environments using Git and CI/CD practices
What you bring
- Strong experience in business process management and analysis
- Experience leading As-Is and To-Be process mapping initiatives
- Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering
- Strong experience writing BRDs and functional specifications
- Ability to ensure requirement traceability and validation
- Experience contributing to solution architecture and system design
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, joins, stored procedures)
- Experience working with C# and .NET development
- Working knowledge of Angular
- Experience working with Git and Jira
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and system integrations
- Understanding of ISEC regulations and security requirements
- Strong English communication skills
