Job Description

Assignment Description

We are looking for a Technical Information Specialist for an assignment focused on creating and developing service documentation for workshop personnel within the automotive industry.

What You Will Work On

  • Create and maintain technical service documentation for workshop personnel
  • Develop repair method descriptions for EV components, batteries, electric motors, and transmission systems
  • Translate technical information into structured and easy-to-understand instructions
  • Collaborate with technical writers, illustrators, and method engineers
  • Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and usability
  • Support the creation of customer-focused instructions and supporting visuals
  • Work across multiple cross-functional teams in a technical environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service documentation processes

What You Bring

  • Background in technical communication or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience producing technical instructions and documentation
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in technical Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Ability to understand technical terminology and engineering concepts
  • Ability to adapt the level of detail and quality to the target audience
  • Strong customer focus and ability to create clear and effective instructions
  • Experience working with technical documentation within industrial, automotive, EV, or electrical systems environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work across multiple teams
