Assignment Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead
What You Will Work On
- Design and evolve AWS-based cloud solutions that support enterprise workloads with strong focus on scalability, security, and compliance.
- Contribute to the organization’s multi-cloud platform strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Develop and maintain reference architectures, automation frameworks, and reusable cloud boilerplates.
- Enable engineering teams by implementing governance models, guardrails, and developer platform tooling.
- Improve cloud observability and monitoring using platforms such as Datadog and CloudWatch.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices using GitHub and related tooling.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and promote efficient usage of cloud infrastructure.
- Act as a trusted advisor to engineering teams regarding cloud architecture, security, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, security, and finance teams.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, cloud communities, and developer enablement initiatives.
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS architecture and core services including compute, storage, networking, security, and IAM.
- Experience working with multi-cloud environments involving AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
- Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
- Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch or Datadog.
- Experience with cost optimization strategies and FinOps practices.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Community-oriented mindset with interest in mentoring and enabling engineering teams.
- Comfortable working in senior engineering environments within large organizations.
