Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Data & Operations Manager
What You Will Work On
- Manage and prioritize technical support cases in Jira related to creator payments, onboarding, and payment status
- Serve as the technical expert and primary contact for complex payment-related issues
- Analyze operational data using SQL to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Engineering and Product teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payments, taxation, account setup, and financial operations
- Ensure legacy creator accounts contain accurate banking and tax information
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve productivity, automation, and operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, documentation, and best practices
- Reduce operational escalations through process improvements and preventive measures
- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Commerce, and Legal teams to resolve major incidents
- Perform operational tasks including payment adjustments, account updates, and data corrections
- Support continuous improvement of payment processes and platform operations
- Drive data quality, operational accuracy, and customer satisfaction
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Technical Operations, Data Operations, Engineering Support, Data Analysis, or Financial Operations
- Background within technology, fintech, digital platforms, or financial services
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis
- Experience working with Jira or similar ticket management systems
- Ability to investigate technical issues and identify root causes using data
- Experience working across multiple internal systems and operational tools
- Strong understanding of technical workflows and operational processes
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify patterns, draw conclusions, and recommend process improvements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
