Assignment Overview
Our client within the banking and financial sector is seeking two experienced Technical Testers
What You Will Work On
- Analyze and review requirement specifications
- Develop and maintain automated test cases (API and E2E testing)
- Prepare and manage test data
- Execute functional, non-functional, integration, and migration testing
- Support test planning and, when required, contribute to test leadership activities
- Collaborate closely with agile development teams and external stakeholders
- Structure, document, and track test cases in Jira, Confluence, and relevant test tools
- Continuously report status and findings to the Test Lead or Team Lead
- Verify newly developed functionality within a microservices-based architecture
- Ensure high quality, stability, and compliance in financial transaction flows
What You Bring
- Documented experience as a Technical Tester in complex system environments
- Strong experience in test automation, preferably using Java and/or Python-based frameworks
- Hands-on experience with API and E2E testing in microservices architecture
- Solid understanding of test methodologies, integration testing, and programming
- Experience working with financial systems, payment solutions, or cash management platforms
- Experience working in Jira, Confluence, and structured test management tools
- Very strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in regulated, business-critical environments
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with both internal teams and external partners
