Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead and coordinate all testing activities throughout the integration project
- Manage and support a team of testers to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test schedules
- Create test cases based on business and technical requirements
- Ensure all identified test scripts are documented, executed, and approved before production release
- Coordinate system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
- Manage automated UI testing activities
- Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) testing using UiPath and Power Automate
- Document requirements, test cases, execution results, and defects using ReqTest
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project stakeholders
- Monitor testing progress and report quality status to project management
- Ensure defects are identified, tracked, and resolved efficiently
- Drive continuous improvements in testing processes and quality assurance practices
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, Test Lead, or QA Lead
- Approximately 5 years of relevant testing experience (3+ years may be considered with strong capability and fast learning ability)
- Strong experience leading test teams and coordinating testing activities
- Experience creating test cases from business and system requirements
- Hands-on experience documenting testing activities using ReqTest
- Experience with automated UI testing
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience working on complex IT integration or transformation projects
- Experience within the energy sector or supply chain domain
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
