We are looking for a Senior Frontend & UI Lead
What You Will Work On
- Own frontend architecture and overall user experience for the workshop ordering platform.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive and efficient interfaces based on real user needs.
- Design and deliver production-grade UI while combining design and code implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product, backend, and business teams to influence strategy and direction.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate iterative design and coding.
- Define, measure, and improve UX quality using metrics like task completion, time-on-task, and error rates.
- Facilitate cross-functional decisions at the intersection of product, design, and engineering.
- Present and justify design and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Significant experience as a Senior or Lead Frontend Engineer with ownership of user experience outcomes.
- Ability to independently translate user problems into deployed solutions without reliance on separate design handoffs.
- Strong collaboration skills across product, design, and engineering disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and knowledge of where they provide value.
- Experience in small, high-autonomy teams with collaborative strategic direction.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Structured, analytical, and proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in stakeholder engagement.
