We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager – Mechanical & Piping (Auxiliary Equipment) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Oversee all mechanical engineering activities for auxiliary equipment within the assigned construction area.
Ensure compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and project requirements while meeting cost, schedule, and safety objectives.
Collaborate with Plant Unit Project Managers, Construction Managers, and cross-functional Technical Project Managers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical tasks.
Manage contractors, engineering partners, OEMs, and suppliers, ensuring quality, timelines, and documentation standards are met.
Monitor progress and costs, identify and mitigate technical risks, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Provide technical expertise during procurement and contract negotiations.
Review and approve discipline-specific deliverables to ensure adherence to specifications and quality requirements.
Track project performance, monitor expenses, and report updates on progress, risks, and financial performance to management.
Evaluate and implement change requests while maintaining project integrity and compliance with client guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and applying lessons learned from previous projects.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the design, construction, or installation of mechanical equipment for industrial projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, technical standards, and industry regulations.
Proven ability to manage contractors and suppliers in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in cost management, progress tracking, and project reporting.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Structured, proactive, and quality-focused with the ability to align technical work to project goals.
