Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Drive your own deliveries within mechanical design with independence and responsibility
• Contribute fresh ideas and working methods to strengthen team development and efficiency
• Ensure high quality in design and technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize integration between mechanics, electronics, and control systems

What you bring:

• Extensive and documented experience in mechanical design, preferably across multiple industries and sectors
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal bending, metalworking, and moving mechanical systems
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS with the ability to use the tool effectively
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks while contributing energy and commitment to the team
• Strong focus on quality, delivering accurate and reliable results
• Excellent collaboration skills with a social and positive approach that enhances the work environment
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the drive to contribute to customer success
• Language skills: Swedish preferred, but English is acceptable for the right candidate

Merits:

• Experience working with modularized products and effective product management
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DfM), Design for Sustainability, and Design for Assembly (DfA)
• Experience developing work methodologies and processes for design teams
