Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Advocate for and implement security best practices across ALM platforms and development tooling
- Facilitate effective cross-team collaboration to establish secure and scalable solutions
- Develop, document and standardise secure infrastructure and software protocols
- Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their applicability within the organisation
- Coach and guide the team, supporting Product Owners in backlog prioritisation
- Identify improvement needs in internal ways of working, methods and tools, and evaluate new options to enhance IT development
- Provide operational support to business development teams using development platforms and CI/CD pipelines
- On-board and train new users, offering support with tool configuration and customisation
What you bring:
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally with a focus on ALM
- An academic degree in system development or equivalent
- Proven experience coaching and guiding technical teams
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as TFS, Azure DevOps, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and a lean-agile mindset
- Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage
- Excellent organisational, time-management and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A proactive and resilient approach to solving complex challenges
- Technical expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud and Sonatype Lifecycle
