Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior ERP Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and drive the ERP implementation with responsibility for planning, follow-up, and delivery
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure progress in a complex project landscape
• Support the business in setting and prioritizing requirements related to finance, economics, and reporting
• Manage dependencies and integrations with other systems
• Contribute to training efforts and support the organization’s change management journey
• Ensure delivery against tight deadlines with a focus on quality and efficiency

What you bring:

• Documented experience in leading large-scale ERP implementations
• Strong background in finance and economics-related processes
• Proven ability to manage projects with high complexity and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics (meritorious)
• Experience in system integrations with reporting and control systems (meritorious)
• Experience in training and change management during system implementations (meritorious)
• Structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach
• Ability to perform under pressure, maintain focus, and deliver solutions efficiently
