We are looking for a Senior MDM Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on
Design, implement and migrate an on-premise MDM solution with integration to Microsoft 365, built to meet the highest demands for security, availability and compliance
Conduct current state analysis, define target architecture and design policies for identity, device and application management
Integrate MDM with Azure AD and migrate from legacy solutions such as AD, GPO or SCCM
Establish monitoring, logging, patching and documentation processes to ensure stable operations
Train operations and support teams on platform use and management
Lead day-to-day operations, support, patch management and continuous improvement after implementation
Conduct ongoing security audits and ensure adherence to Swedish and European requirements for data storage and encryption
Secure high availability, redundancy and robust network security in data center environments
What you bring
Several years of hands-on experience with MDM solutions, especially Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager
Practical experience in deploying and operating MDM solutions on-premise
Strong knowledge of identity management, including Azure AD, AD, and certificate management
Expertise in network security, encryption and compliance frameworks
Proven experience in client management for Windows, iOS and Android, preferably also macOS
Skills in automation and scripting for deployment, monitoring and patch management
Ability to produce clear technical documentation and collaborate effectively with operations teams
Strong communication skills with both technical stakeholders and business users
Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Experience working in data centers meeting MSB protection levels or similar high-security environments is highly meritorious
Security certifications such as ISO 27001, CIS or Microsoft-related are advantageous
Knowledge of compliance work, audits and security reviews
Familiarity with hybrid environments, multicloud and container solutions linked to client management
Experience managing MDM solutions under high SLA and redundancy requirements
A structured, responsible and quality-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
