Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior PLM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the collaboration platform team in development and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Map, evaluate, and optimize product lifecycle processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
• Combine methodology with tool functionality to implement solutions that improve product quality.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Drive adoption of new IT functionality and processes across the organization.

What you bring:

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience leading teams to implement IT solutions and methodologies.
• Experience in system development projects and PLM systems.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English.
