Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager  to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and deliver complex IT programs with multiple parallel projects, tight deadlines, and interdependencies.
• Drive programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and delivery requirements.
• Establish and lead steering groups, ensuring effective governance, decision-making, and progress tracking.
• Create strong collaboration across teams, promoting transparency, accountability, and shared ownership.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders to ensure alignment, consensus, and effective issue resolution.
• Drive change initiatives, fostering adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale, complex IT programs.
• Strong ability to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional project structures in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and stakeholder engagement at management level.
• A structured, proactive, and result-oriented approach, capable of delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure.
• Strategic mindset combined with operational drive and attention to detail
