Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Buyer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs
• Manage and strengthen supplier relationships to ensure performance and reliability
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms
• Coordinate supplier integration activities to support operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyze market trends that impact pricing and material availability
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and define service levels
• Lead transformation projects such as digitalization and sustainability initiatives
• Independently manage complex projects and deliver results in line with strategic goals
• Support capability building by coaching and guiding junior colleagues

What you bring:

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, or procurement
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Solid analytical ability to assess market developments and identify opportunities
• Demonstrated success in driving cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
• Experience leading or contributing to transformation projects, including digitalization and sustainability
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions and levels
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle complex challenges independently
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver tangible results
