Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior SAP Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Take end-to-end ownership of the Finance to Cash solution within a major ERP modernization program based on SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop and maintain SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solutions aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with finance teams, project stakeholders, and external partners to translate business needs into scalable SAP architecture.
- Ensure the solution supports multiple regions and legal entities while maintaining compliance with local tax and VAT regulations.
- Design and document cross-functional solutions integrated with Sales, Logistics, Sourcing, and Plant Maintenance.
- Support the transition from the existing ERP environment to S/4HANA, ensuring smooth integration across systems.
- Provide expert-level support for SAP Finance, including incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
What you bring:
- Relevant academic degree in IT, Economics, or equivalent.
- Extensive ERP experience, with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO).
- Proven track record of at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of organizational change, system integration, and solution documentation.
- Knowledge of tax and VAT processes within SAP.
- Experience in Application Maintenance Management (AMM) and solution lifecycle management.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
Meritorious:
- Background in the paper, pulp, or manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of the Plant Maintenance–Finance interface, including master data and cost control.
- Experience in international organizations with multiple legal entities.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and transparency across the value chain.
