Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Diagnostics Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead diagnostics project management for the BESS product.
• Coordinate diagnostics-related scopes across engineering teams and manage prioritization.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates and feature proposals for PI planning.
• Develop diagnostic processes, instructions, troubleshooting flows and repair strategies.
• Create training materials and deliver “train-the-trainer” sessions for global teams.
• Drive early aftermarket involvement to ensure maintainability in new technology development.
• Perform failure mode analysis and contribute to defining diagnostic and repair concepts.
• Analyze product and project data to identify maintainability improvements and influence technical solutions.
• Support performance monitoring activities and provide structured feedback.
• Review prototype testing results and drive diagnostic feedback loops.
• Develop root-cause analysis methods, fault trees and corrective action plans.
• Contribute to customer support, service tools, warranty diagnostics and post-repair system checks.
• Represent Maintainability Engineering in technology sub-streams and cross-functional forums.
• Lead complex initiatives and contribute to competence development as trainer, mentor or coach.
• Share knowledge within the organization and act as an influencer.

What you bring:

• 8+ years of experience in diagnostics, aftermarket engineering or maintainability engineering.
• Strong diagnostic competence with the ability to lead technical scopes and complex cross-functional tasks.
• Proven experience in failure mode analysis, troubleshooting strategy and repair concept development.
• Ability to analyze data to drive maintainability improvements and lifecycle cost optimization.
• Broad engineering understanding combined with deep expertise in diagnostics (T-shaped profile).
• Strong capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive alignment in large organizations.
• Experience with diagnostic software, testing feedback loops, performance monitoring and service tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver structured reports and training materials.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and represent aftermarket perspectives in development.
• Experience working in automotive or industrial product environments is an advantage
