Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Documenting clear functional and technical specifications for IT initiatives.
- Conducting process mapping and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Acting as the bridge between business units and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Supporting project management activities, including follow-up on timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new features and enhancements within the Marketplace team.
- Performing user acceptance testing in close cooperation with business stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress and providing structured updates to management.
- Driving end-to-end scope across teams by understanding the full business and technical landscape.
- Promoting the use of digital enablers and strategic partnerships to maximize value creation.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT projects.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey both technical details and business needs.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in cross-functional agile teams.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- A team-oriented mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, and a positive, solution-driven attitude
