Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior ECU Component Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Leading the design and development of hardware and ECU components, including software integration and BSP activities
- Driving projects through the full lifecycle, from planning and execution to follow-up, documentation, and risk management
- Coordinating suppliers, managing technical dialogues, and supporting negotiations to ensure high-quality deliveries
- Setting the technical direction for hardware and ECU development with strong consideration for functional safety and cybersecurity (including TARA)
- Supporting and participating in test activities, including occasional hands-on involvement
- Solving complex engineering challenges and contributing to clear scoping, requirement definition, and time planning
- Working flexibly across hardware- and software-oriented development in a fast-moving environment
- Applying deep software and BSP expertise to strengthen hardware and ECU solution development
- Collaborating effectively across teams and contributing to structured, high-quality engineering processes
What you bring:
- Strong experience in hardware engineering and design principles
- Solid background in software architecture, BSP development, and functional safety
- Proven experience in project management and supplier coordination
- Hands-on testing experience and good knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including TARA
- Deep software and BSP competence with the ability to contribute across both hardware and software domains
- Ability to manage complex systems, create structure, and drive clarity in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments
- Experience from the aerospace industry is a valuable advantage
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
