Assignment Overview

We are seeking an Engineer

What You Will Work On

Plan, coordinate, and follow up on project-related quality activities within internal production
Act as the main contact for project quality matters
Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and requirements throughout project execution
Coordinate and prioritize quality activities in collaboration with production and project stakeholders
Manage and support customer witness inspections in the production environment
Collect, review, and validate quality documentation such as quality plans, control plans, and inspection documentation
Support continuous improvement within the quality and production processes
Ensure traceability and structured documentation aligned with project requirements

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Power Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar)
2–5 years of relevant work experience
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Experience or education related to design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery (meritorious)
Previous experience working within a quality organization (meritorious)
Structured and collaborative working style
Strong team player with good communication skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to drive project quality activities forward
