Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect
What You Will Work On
- Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for the intranet platform
- Translate business and UX requirements into technical designs
- Design and implement integration architectures (APIs, middleware, identity models)
- Define identity and access management models (SSO, federation, authentication)
- Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and governance standards
- Guide vendors and internal teams in solution implementation
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Support migration from legacy platforms to modern solutions
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and long-term architecture strategy
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and future-proof design
- Collaborate across business and IT stakeholders in a global environment
What You Bring
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in enterprise environments
- Proven experience with SaaS platforms and large-scale intranet/digital workplace implementations
- Experience with SharePoint migrations or intranet consolidation projects
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, middleware, SSO, federation)
- Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD, AD, SAML, OAuth)
- Solid understanding of security architecture and compliance requirements
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable system landscapes
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Experience working in complex, global organizations
- Fluent in English
