We are looking for an experienced Interim IT Operations Manager

What You Will Work On

  • Lead, distribute, and follow up on work within IT Operations & Delivery
  • Take full responsibility for personnel, budget, and work environment
  • Ensure high availability and stable operation of IT infrastructure
  • Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Lead and contribute to infrastructure and business-related IT projects
  • Collaborate with other IT functions to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Support strategic and operational development of IT services

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience
  • Several years of experience in IT operations and/or infrastructure
  • Strong technical understanding of server operations, networks, and backup solutions
  • Proven leadership experience, including change management
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally
  • Structured, driven, and solution-oriented leadership style
  • Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English
