Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Transformation Specialist

What You Will Work On

  • Monitor and analyze developments in AI technologies, tools, and methodologies
  • Evaluate, test, and recommend AI tools and solutions
  • Define guidelines and best practices for AI usage
  • Train, coach, and support teams in adopting AI in daily work
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Identify high-impact use cases where AI creates business value
  • Drive implementation of AI-driven ways of working across the organization
  • Collaborate closely with CTO, engineering leadership, and technical teams

What You Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows
  • Good understanding of modern software development practices
  • Knowledge of how AI can improve development and testing processes
  • Experience translating technology into practical working methods
  • Experience conducting training sessions, workshops, or presentations
  • Experience driving adoption, transformation, or change initiatives
  • Ability to work closely with both technical teams and leadership
